"In a moment of frustration about my insurance rates and my insurance company, I completed one of those web inquiries about getting the best rate for insurance. I never complete those because I thought that I would rather pay a higher price than have my phone ringing and pinging all day and all night with solicitation. Well, as soon as I pressed SEND, I just knew I’d regret it! However, the stars aligned somehow and I received a call from an insurance company that I actually recognize and used to be a customer of. State Farm. The agent’s name is Jordan Holt. He is an active listener, he is professional, courteous informed, empathetic, me and I really lucked out when I answered that call. I’m saving over $500/year and still have a policy to add! Realized that my former agent was gouging me. 🤦‍♀️ (Major company with famous actor as a spokesperson.). Anyway I’m grateful for Jordan following up on the inquiry. The documents populated in the app right away. I’m very pleased so far."

"Uninformed and unprofessional support team and reps. Added on an extra over $200 a month without my consent a couple months after having the policy. I didn't learn about such until the day before my payment was due. Was not informed. I found out when I tried making my payment a month early. Nobody was willing to help me the day before. And my account rep Molly decided to hang up on me after continuously avoiding the issue at hand. Which was that they're charging me so much extra, and I didn't have the information I needed to make the correct payment on time. Edit: Not only did you underwrites not quote me properly, you are suggesting that I have to pay the difference for your mistake... Nice try. I spoke with you and all you could tell me that I'm now expected to pay double, and "pay back the difference" due to your own mistakes. I started at 275 and got moved up to 498 Molly ended the call after spending 10 minutes completely avoiding the issue at hand, not listening, and repetitively repeating herself as if something was gonna change. No she did not "hang up when things got heated". She hung up because she was upset that she was way too incompetent to respond to my request in an effective way. I was getting nowhere and repeating herself not only annoyed me, but the fact she didn't have anything relevant to say might have hurt her own feelings. She feels an inclination for me to allow her to avoid the issue. Hanging up was disrespectful, and unwarranted. Especially when the matter had to do with making an on time payment that day. She did the absolute most to not address the issue at hand. You're backing her and your company up because that's business but it's not one that I respect for stated reasons. Good luck bud"

"I understand your concern Brayden. I’m glad you and I were able to speak on the phone. I listened to the call you just had with Molly. Sounds like it started out fine and Molly ended the call when things got heated. We do our best to give an accurate quote at the time of application. However, our underwriters sometimes discover more information, which can change the price. For privacy reasons, I can’t speak to your situation specifically in a Google review, but I’m glad you and I were able to discuss it on the phone."
